sole arbitrator

= arbiter unique (франц.) = Einzelschiedsrichter (нем.) - единоличный арбитр, лицо, которое единолично рассматривает спор. Обычно термин используется как антитеза термину "состав арбитража" (arbitral tribunal), подразумевающему участие в рассмотрении спора минимум трех арбитров.
