letter of intent

- письмо о намерениях, документ (иногда в форме меморандума или протокола), в котором стороны фиксируют наличие у них намерения заключить определенный договор и намечают его основные моменты, обычно не приводит к возникновению прав, которые могут быть защищены в суде или арбитраже.
