- 1. of arbitrator - отвод, заявленный арбитру, в большинстве арбитражных регламентов и законов об арбитраже предусмотрено, что он должен быть заявлен немедленно после того, как стороне по делу стало известно об обстоятельствах, вызывающих сомнение в его независимости и беспристрастности (см. ст. 12 и 13 Закона о МКА), см. bias, partiality, removal of arbitrator. Если отвод не будет заявлен своевременно, право на его заявление может быть утрачено (см. estoppel, ст. 4 Закона о МКА); 2. of award = action to set aside.
