= saisie-arrêt (франц.) = Arrest (нем.) = beslag (гол.) - арест имущества, обеспечительная мера. Обычно арбитражи воздерживаются от применения такой меры, предлагая сторонам обращаться с такой целью в государственные суды, причем такое обращение не рассматривается как нарушение арбитражного соглашения (см. ст. 9 Закона о МКА).
